All Projects require an initial deposit of half of the project rate. The remainder of the cost will be due on completion of the project and before uploading of the site or receipt of high resolution printable files.

For all design projects you will be given three custom made designs to choose from, and two re-workings, to fit your tastes. Additional rework will be charged at an hourly rate of $40/hour.

New WebSite Design

Websites are billed at a project rate depending on the site requirements. We can provide domain registration and hosting at a rate of $10-$25/month depending on your bandwidth requirements. You are welcome to use your own hosting if you prefer

• Static Website Design—base rate is $350 for the homepage and $100 per each additional page with a $800 minimum.
• Dynamic Website Design—base rate is $450-$600 and $80-$100 per each additional page and a $900 minimum for a customized dynamic site depending on the content management system required for your needs.  For a flat rate of $150, you can receive up to 3 hours of in home instruction on how a to set up your own blog, find themes, install plug ins, and use free image editing programs to customize the look of your themes. All software, themes, hosting used will be free services. You will only pay for the lesson. It is a great way to break into blogging without having to spend too much money or countless hours of wading through tutorials and technical documentation.
• Flash Based Sites—base rate is $600 for the homepage. Price increases are $100 per page. Animation and added functionality prices depend on the size of the project and are billed by the hour at a rate of $45/hour. There is a $900 price on Flash Sites
• E-Commerce Sites—For business with less than 20 products the base rate is $700 for the homepage and $130 per each additional page. For larger business, or business that require a content management system the base rate is $1000 and an additional $360/ every 20 items or services listed after the first 30. There is a $1000 minimum on E-commerce Sites.

Website Redesign

The project cost will depend largely on the changes that are needed and the state of the current files. Base rate for only content changes (text, images, media, colors) is $50 per page. Base rate for layout changes is $70/page for html/css based websites and $100/page for PHP MySql based websites. Changing or adding functionality depend on the breadth of the proposed changes.

Web Site Maintenance & Updates

A $50/month Maintenance package can be purchased, which includes 3 image, text, or basic content updates a month. Updates are also available at an hourly rate of $35/hour

• Logo Design/Branding and Identity–Flat rate of $500 for a logo.
• Business Cards and Stationary– If you already have a logo business cards are a flat rate of $125 for two sided card design, $80 for one sided card design. Letterhead and envelope design are $200 when combined or $120 each
• Photo Optimization and Manipulation.– Charged at a rate of $35/hour.
